By using the Pearl Pen you can create a wide array of beautiful projects by applying large or small brilliant pearl drops to your chosen items. You can apply the pearl drops directly to your item by simply squeezing the pen top to control the size of the half pearl you require. The fabric can be machine washable up to 30 °C. Size 25ml.
