Winsor&Newton retouching varnish

High quality retouching varnish from reputable Winsor & Newton company. Used as a temporary protective coating for partially dried paint (at least 1 month). Allows for quick and easy application of subsequent layers to a barely dried paint. This versatile varnish also allows you to restore the old quality of dried paint. It is a quick-drying formulation to be applied with a thin layer. It dries, leaving no yellowing of colour, leaving a shiny coating. Do not use as medium. The retouching varnish can be removed with turpentine or white spirit before the final variation of the work. Available in 75ml, 250ml and 500ml bottles.
