QoR Cold Press Ground is a painting primer intended for painting with watercolors. It has unique properties thanks to which the surface, after drying, resembles noble hand-made paper. It can be used on canvas, paper, plastic or wood. The rough, porous texture allows the ink to accumulate unevenly, which provides interesting and unique tonal effects that cannot be reproduced on ordinary paper. Apply with a spatula or a painting knife. The primer can be spread evenly to obtain a smooth surface or experiment with application to achieve a more interesting, varied texture. In order to obtain a smoother surface, even the last layer with a wet spatula. Thicker layers can take up to several days to dry before they are ready for painting.
Close immediately after use. Store in a cool and dry place.
