Olfa safety knife SK-12

The knife is designed for those who work in places where cardboard packaging is cut: markets, warehouses, processing lines, etc. The blade, when extended and driven into the cardboard, is held in the extended position by friction against the material being cut. The blade retracts immediately after losing contact with the material being cut /or when you let the knife out of your hand/ eliminating the danger of leaving the knife with the blade extended.
The knife's handle and blade are made entirely of magnetic stainless steel. This makes its detectability by metal detection systems on production lines much more effective.
The knife's stainless steel body and blade allow it to work in environments where, in addition to moisture, sodium hypochlorite-often used for disinfection-occurs.
The knife is NSF-certified, which ensures its compliance with international standards of the food industry-it is safe for food.
At the end of the handle, a hole has been made, allowing you to hang the knife. A semicircular indentation in the handle prevents the knife from slipping from the hand.
