Pebeo's Black Gesso Studio Green primer is the perfect choice for artists who need a black, high coverage primer to prepare surfaces before painting. The water-based gesso applies to any clean, degreased surface, providing a matte finish and quick drying. This versatile acrylic primer is ideal for painting with a variety of techniques on canvas, wood, paper, metal and other surfaces. The resin in the formulation is 100% recycled and its production generates 6 to 7 times less CO2 emissions than traditional binders. In addition, the product bottle is completely recyclable.
The gesso is available in 225 ml and 475 ml capacities.
