Schmincke's Norma Blue set consists of 7 water-based paints that are environmentally friendly while maintaining the characteristics of oil painting. Thanks to a special formulation, they guarantee almost odorless painting without the need for solvents. The eco-friendly formulation includes the use of pure combinations of vegetable oils, which ensure good adhesion of the paint to the substrate, optimum pigment absorption and reduced tendency to yellow. Selected pigments used in the highest concentration guarantee exceptional luminosity and brilliance of all colors. The balanced, creamy texture supports more comfortable paint application and faster, more even drying of layers. The Blue series has dedicated media that affect drying time, gloss, glaze and other painting characteristics. When finished, painting tools can be easily cleaned with water and a little soap.
