The Schmincke Horadam Aquarell Supergranulation Sampler contains 50 spot-applied, dried paints that dissolve when combined with water to show the full range of color. The Supergranulation series is a unique collection of watercolor paints with increased granulation that creates unique color effects on paper. Each of the 50 colors combines at least two pigments from different color groups, which separate when exposed to water and create interesting contrasts and transitions. The colors are divided into 10 thematic groups: Volcano, Desert, Galaxy, Tundra, Deep Sea, Glacier, Shire, Forst, Haze and Urban.
