However, when mixed with water, they turn into translucent mascara. The colors combine with each other enabling you to get countless colors and shades. They can be used on a wet surface or on a dry one, and then add water. The great advantage of Inktense Blocks is that after the first coat has dried, you can apply the next layer without fear of blurring. Sticks are ideal for creating extensive, expressive landscapes, where despite the large surface on which they were blurred they retain their intense color. They can also be used for painting on silk and other fabrics.
