Natural charcoal or coal in bars limits its brittleness and size, not allowing to make details and stronger pressure - but all this can be done with charcoal in a colored pencil. Drawing artists who are traditionalists will also find pressed carbon in the set and two dry pastels in black and sanguine. Perfect for quick, dynamic sketches or filling the background.
