The GIOCONDA 8820 line of soft pastels in wood is a traditional and very popular product from KOH-I-NOOR HARDTMUTH. The range of these products is similar in assortment to the circular soft pastels known as TOISON D'OR 8500.

The key ingredients in the pastels are very pure and finely ground natural ingredients based on carbonate lime. There are also calcium minerals or chalk. Together with the other ingredients and mixed factors, they form the basic structure into which pigments are carefully blended.
