Ready to use. Traditional varnish for icons according to ancient recipes. Fatty varnish based on linseed oil, cooked according to long ritual. It penetrates deep into the painting layers, guarantees the vividness of colors.
Usage:
After thoroughly cleaning the icon from the dust, spread a thick layer of OLIFA varnish with a soft brush on the surface. Leave for half an hour and remove the excess of varnish so that it is a uniform layer. Allow to dry for 2-3 days. Apply at least one more layer, but more than the previous one.
