Cold wax is a water-based product that facilitates the process of painting with silk. Javan wax is used for batik technique, which is to cover areas of material (silk and other delicate fabrics) that are to remain unpainted - it is a kind of masking medium (just like watercolor rubber). It will allow you to make various designs on silk, even very detailed. Wax is ready for immediate use, unlike other products, it does not need to be heated and liquefied prior to application. It is easy to use, does not dirty hands, brushes or damage the material. After the work is finished remove the wax. However, there is no need for any articles or additional products - while ironing or washing the material wax itself falls off. Cold wax is available in a 250ml jar.
