Pentart 3D lacquer 40ml

An excellent water-based varnish that when dry gives a waterproof surface with a three-dimensional (3D) effect. It is possible to create various convex patterns. Dedicated to the art of decoupage and beyond, it will provide many interesting, unique results. Precise dosage and local application of the varnish is possible thanks to a specially designed cap. Before applying another layer, the decorated object should be left to dry completely. After drying, the varnish forms a waterproof surface that protects the decorated objects. Capacity: 40ml.
