Thanks to this technique, the fibers are evenly distributed, and the paper is more stable and resistant to deformation. This dimensional stability allows the paper to spread evenly after soaking. Watercolor paper Arches is subjected during production to a unique process of sticking with natural gelatin, which gives it unmatched scratch resistance and ensures faithful colour reproduction. Arches paper is durable, in accordance with ISO 9706 and protected against mold. Its white is natural, obtained without the use of optical brighteners.
