During modeling, it can be softened by adding a small amount of water, be careful not to overdo it with water, because the mass may become too fluid and sticky and will not be able to form. Clay dries spontaneously under the influence of air (preferably at room temperature) within approx. 24 hours, but it always depends on the thickness and size of the ornament.
