Lefranc & Bourgeois varnish for gouache and watercolors

After using the varnish, gouaches lose their mattness and obtain an enamel-like appearance. The varnish can be applied in thin layers with a brush or in the form of an aerosol. When applying with aerosol, remember to keep at least 25 cm distance of the nozzle from the varnished work. The can should be held vertically upside down. We paint the varnish by smoothly moving from the edge to the edge of the work. The varnish gives the work a satin finish.
