How to make a decoration using the sospeso technique?
The motif from a napkin or paper should be cut out and glued to shrink film. After the pattern dries, it needs to be carefully cut out. The cut out motifs should be heated for a short while over a candle flame (be careful not to burn the foil). With a wooden ball chisel you need to give the motif the right shapes. After shaping, it is a good idea to repaint the design with varnish to fix it. The finished pieces are best glued with hot glue using a gun.
