The Essdee Fabric Linocut Kit is an unparalleled tool that allows you to create unique designs on your favorite clothing, accessories and home furnishings. The black paint included in the kit is soft to the touch when dry and resistant to washing when fixed at high temperatures. Its composition is water-based making cleaning of the tools quick and easy.
To create your own print, make a design with the chisels on the Lino MasterCutt plate, then apply the paint to it with a roller. Then reflect the painted master in the desired location on the fabric. Fix the reflected design with an iron (steamless setting) for 4 minutes, moving the iron slowly across the print. Printed fabrics can be washed at temperatures up to 40°C. For best results, we recommend using fabrics made of 100% cotton.
