Schmincke's Medium 3 Blue is a concentrated drying accelerating medium dedicated for use with Norma Blue series waterborne oil paints. It is characterized by a medium oil content, which results in a shorter drying time, which in turn allows artists to operate more efficiently on layers of paint. In addition, the medium increases gloss and depth effect, while enhancing the texture of paint layers. The product is almost odorless, non-toxic and environmentally friendly by providing a safe working environment. The recommended dosage is 1:1, which guarantees optimal results. It can also be used with traditional oil paints.
