Black Gesso like me white is called "acrylic primer". Used to prepare sleepers that are still too absorbent or not uniform enough. It is an ideal base for acrylic paints. Half dense and cohesive, easy to use, Black Gesso contains a significant percentage of carbon that gives it the right colour. If needed, it can be diluted with water. Created from the finest materials, it is very flexible and easy to use with a brush, it is suitable for covering even elastic paper substrates.Perfectly adheres to any type of primer: wood, linen, terracotta, metal or plaster. If the backing is very uneven, we suggest to apply several layers of gesso, taking care to order another layer to apply after drying the previous one. After preparing the underlay, wait at least 24 hours before painting.
